I was adopted from the Kearney Humane Society. They are a great bunch down there. There are cats, dogs, and I have even seen the occasional rabbit and other animals. There are quite a few humans that come and go too but I don’t think they are up for adoption.

If you get a chance, go visit. You can see the other animals that are up for adoption. They also have a little store that you can get toys and other stuff for your pets at home. All the proceeds go back to the shelter to help pay for animals like me to stay if we need to.

You can also help out if you have the time or money. They always need good reliable people to help with different things they have going on. They also accept financial donations to help pay for the day to day maintenance of keeping the place going!
